Support and Help Desk services are available during regular office hours (i.e. 09-17). Limitations apply for holidays, etc. Outside of office hours Swestore Support providers do not guarantee the presence of personnel able to handle service requests or able to solve incidents.
Support requests and questions can be submitted through SUPR. This is the preferred way to contact support.
As an alternative, a regular email can also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
